- 1 / 5By Maddy DismanWe are regular customers and eat at McDonald's probably every other day. It's affordable and convenient but last night we will NEVER return to this location. We pulled up in the drive-thru with only 2 vehicle in front of us. When we payed, the vehicle in front had a problem when they got their order and instead of being asked to pull up to the 3rd window, we sat in line for 30 minutes. 3 cars behind us at the paying window got their food BEFORE us because we were stuck behind this vehicle. FINALLY, the vehicle was asked to pull up. We got to the window to get our food and the employee shut the window, locked it, and walked away for another 15 minutes. We finally knocked on the window very angry at this point for them to look surprised we were still there, and asked us what we ordered because they didn't know what we ordered or what ticket we were. We got our food finally after 45 minutes. This is UNNACCEPTABLE.June 14, 2016
